Amazon is looking for a Project Analyst who will work cross-functionally with a diverse group of stakeholders and manage construction projects and programs. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, comfortable wearing many hats and work effectively in a highly collaborative environment. You are insanely talented, super detail-oriented and have demonstrated the ability to work back from core customer needs. You consistently manage stakeholder expectations, schedules, budgets, assets and scopes because organization and attention to detail are in your DNA.

Key job responsibilities
  • Manage Store Development tools include access and administrative rights across programme. Keeping these tools up to date to ensure analysis can be done accurately.
  • Review and analyse data generated across these tools and present to team to aide in decision making processes
  • Manage and maintain all Purchase Order raising requests across Store Development team
  • Manage and maintain all Invoicing across Store Development
  • Work cross functionally across the Store Development team to ensure processes are being adhered to with regards to financial management.
  • Work within internal processes to raise and ensure all financial requests are undertaken in a timely manner and in line with critical path
  • Strong communication skills and understanding of the end user
  • Ability to work within an ambiguous environment and manage change
  • Have strong analyst expeience
  • Experience in building and managing budgets
  • Familiarity with business process documentation and improvement
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads
  • Ability to work with technical and non-technical business owners to overcome obstacles and deliver results
  • Provide business decision support and participate/lead special projects
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team as projects dictate
