The company

One of our top clients in Building Services Engineering is looking for a talented and hardworking Graduate Mechanical Design Engineer to join their London Building Services Engineering office. You will be working closely with a team of highly skilled and qualified Mechanical Design Engineers.

This engineering consultancy was established in 2007 and is now recruiting for a Graduate Mechanical Design Engineer to assist with the design of Mechanical Building Services systems. They specialise in sustainable and technically strong HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning systems) within hi-specification construction projects both in the UK and abroad.

The Role

The Role

You will be supporting exprienced engineers with design calculations, Building Information Modelling (BIM) software as well as attending design team meetings and persuing a career within the Built Environment. You will be provided with training togain a working mechiancal engineering knowledge of:

design software’s such as AutoCAD, Hevacomp, IES etc
Ability to work effectively with others as well as independently when required
Heating, Ventilation and Air-conditioning systems within Commerical, Restsail, Residential and Healthcare environements
problem solving
Good time management skills and ability to deliver on a timely basis on tight project deadlines

Qualifications & Experience

A Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Some demonstrable knowledge of Mechanical Building Services engineering
