Programme Test Manager Automation NFT Strategy Insurance

Up to £550 per day (Inside IR35)
South London / Remote

My client is an instantly recognisable brand, who urgently require a Programme Test Manager with strong knowledge of Automation and Non-Functional Testing processes, understanding of Test Driven Development, and previous Insurance / Financial Services industry experience to join a major Programme ASAP.

In this role you will play a key role in developing the Test Strategy, and managing Delivery of all aspects of End-to-End Testing (Functional, Non-Functional (NFT), End-to-End, OAT and UAT).

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience of working as a Programme Test Manager / Portfolio Test Manager
  • Strong commercial experience across Automation, Non-Functional and End-to-End Testing
  • Previous Insurance / Financial Services (heavily regulated) industry experience
  • Proven experience of working closely with, and managing 3rd Party Vendors / Suppliers
  • Ability to provide End-to-End Testing best practice, advice and guidance to Programme / Project Leads
  • Demonstrable experience of liaising with senior and key stakeholders to ensure required resources are in place to execute UAT
  • Prior experience of working with and managing offshore teams
  • Experience of working with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
  • Expertise in the definition of Test Strategies, Plans and Approaches as required and in line with best practices
  • Working knowledge of Jira
  • MUST HAVE MAX. 2 WEEKS’ NOTICE



Nice to have:

  • Ability to understand and discuss relevant Tools used on relevant Programmes
  • Good commercial awareness of Test Driven Development
  • Immediately available
