TPP Recruitment are excited to be working with a children and young people’s charity who exist to prevent abuse and violence in the lives of young people through engaging them in creative arts and education projects.

The charity is now looking to recruit a Programmes Manager for their core project on a full time, permanent basis. The organisation is based in North London but they are working remotely at the moment and envisage a blended approach to office and home based working in future.

As the Programme Manager, you will manage the development and delivery of the charity’s core relationships school programme which uses drama, the arts and education to create positive changes in the attitudes, awareness and confidence in all young people. The project is combined with teacher training to ensure they are making the school a safe environment for all and is delivered in primary, secondary and PRU settings across Greater London.

You will also manage the evaluation work of the project, the partnerships and relationships with funders and other professionals in the sector, and manage a budget.

The Charity has ambitions to increase the number of projects they deliver and to build capacity within the department by developing and adapting their existing models.

To be considered for the role, you will need to demonstrate experience of project/programme management within education and or arts settings including management of the design, development, delivery, evaluation, partnerships, team members and budgets. You’ll need to have an interest in Relationship Education and any experience or knowledge of working with vulnerable young people or the Domestic Violence sector would be an asset.
