TPP Fundraising and Development team are supporting an amazing International Charity as they look to recruit a Supporter Marketing Manager on a 6-month contract. This is an amazing opportunity to get involved with several different campaigns and put your ideas into practice. This role can be based in their London head office or flexible with home working.

Working as the Supporter Marketing Manager you will lead a team of four member to bring in £6m year, working with the Head of to effectively develop a multi-channel supporter acquisition programme. You will be responsible for all live campaigns, ensuring they are delivered of time across warm acquisition appeals and donor development activities. The delivery of these campaign will be across a range of channel, including direct mail, telephone, digital, press, f2f and lottery. An exciting part of this role is your part in leading of the inception of new creative campaigns, working through the testing and reporting phases.

They are looking for someone who has experience working within a direct marketing team, which will include working with database targeting, segmentation, analysing campaign results and monitoring budgets. Having knowledge of legacy marketing would be advantageous. As you will be managing over multi-channel campaigns it is important that you have experience of a range of channels including direct mail, telemarketing and email marketing. You will be highly effective communicator both written and orally, able to build strong relationships both internally as well as with external suppliers.
