My client is a global leader within their industry, an organisation that is passionate about not only their business but the people within the business.

A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen to join their UK based team, the role is predominately remote based but the successful candidate will be located close to the M25 (due to company and client meetings post lockdown).

The successful candidate will be diligent, hardworking and someone that prides themselves on providing excellent customer service, has high attention to detail and wants to be part of a growing successful global team.

They are responsible for all activities (commercial and operational) to obtain long-term customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

Manage day to day business Ensure that the agreed goals (KPI’s) are reached in a qualitative way, look for opportunities to increase knowledge Work as a team with colleagues to achieve success, deals with urgent actions and also invests time in medium term initiatives to ensure long term success Maintain all client trackers Preparation and submission client quotations Checking SOW’s Updating current SOW’s and SP’s and SO’s to reflect changes to services or financials Responding to client queries in accordance with agreed SLA’s Work with different departments to ensure consistency and clients’ needs are being met Responsible for setting up new client sites in the systems Responsible for creating and closing of invoices, reports and projects and reports to Team Manager about this Ensure all financial reporting is in line with original quotations and Purchase Orders Deliver data for monthly (financial) reports Be proactive in controlling schedule monitoring Ensure any discrepancies with financial reporting to be escalated to relevant people within both the client account and Sims within 24 hours if identification Prepare invoices and reports for clients

Focus On Client

Client reporting both contractual and ad hoc Organizing and attendance at client meetings and conference calls as required by the client, both internal and external Meet customer needs, internal and external Ensuring regular (according to the agreement) telephone communication with clients about the project / give them an update To present and explain content in a structured, comprehensible and effective manner in professional situations.

Other Responsibilities

Keeps track on profitability per project and share these with the Team Manager, client and internal customers (BDM) Perform such other duties as the Company may from time to time reasonably require makes sure all stages of the project are planned and carried out
