Reporting to the Business Process Project Manager, the Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting the Service Delivery team with managing IT system projects, system tasks, and system report requests. In addition, this role is responsible for creation of system business requirement documentation, in order to ensure the business can document and approve any future changes to the business processes.
  • Support and comply with all Safety, Health, Environment, Community, and Sustainability (SHECS) policies, procedures, and initiatives.
  • Support and comply with all Company policies, procedures, and initiatives.
  • Support diversity and inclusion, positive employee relations, and team environment.
  • Provide support to the Service Delivery Manager by being the day-to-day contact person with Service Delivery, Operations, and back office, collating and managing requests for IT systems support and development.
  • Gather requirements from the business, create specifications for tasks/projects/reports with the IT Development Manager based in Poland, and monitor and report on project progress.
  • Gather requirements from global business partners on systems and processes and create/update business requirement documentation.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the IT systems / applications in use and the business rules associated with their use, in order to support users and provide training where needed.
  • Collaborate with global business partners to align system/process flows.
  • Create project plans including requirement analyses, technical specifications, and testing acceptance plans.
  • Create report requests by translating needs from business into specification for report writers.
  • Serve as subject matter expert on one or more process functions within Service Delivery team.
  • Test application and report requests/changes.
  • Monitor project progress and redirect resources as needed.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to minimise manual procedures while increasing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collect systems change requests from all users.
  • Prepare user training guides and conducting online training to system users.
  • Support users indirectly via IT Service Desk staff and directly where appropriate.
  • Create and modify orders in Company’s order management system.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive procedure and process documents on area(s) of expertise.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education

Associates Degree or equivalent work experience

Essential Experience

Three years work experience in IT Systems

Customer Service experience

Minimum Experience
  • Five year’s experience with MS Office Suite
  • Business process and systems-oriented
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer/systems experience and skill, including proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Ability to professionally communicate at all levels of the organization, verbally and in writing
  • Strong telephone and e-mail communication skills
  • Ability to analyse, define, and problem solve and to remain organized while multi-tasking
