Our client in Staines is looking for a passionate Administrator who will deliver service excellence through the consistent implementation of processes, in compliance with relevant policies. and performance standards and strategic objectives, and through the proactive management of third-party partners.

Some Duties To Include
  • Act as the owner/author for operational documentation, including relevant external publications and other customer-facing material.
  • Collate and analyse feedback from consultations on revised and new documentation.
  • Provide a resource to support internal auditing, internal and external training.
  • Provide assessment booking support as emergency cover when existing resources are unavailable due to short term absence or to help with short term resource issues (e.g. resignations and retirements).
  • Support the training and induction of new starters, providing mentoring and assistance to the new starter and their manager to ensure that new starters progress through training as promptly as possible.
  • Review and process all applications for extension to scope from existing customers, ensuring that all required documentation is supplied and that entry of extension to scope information into the database is correct.
  • Process all enquiries to the info desk (email or phone) answering queries where possible and, where not, directing them to the most appropriate Teams to respond and ensuring that a response is given within an appropriate timeframe.
