The Opportunity:

We’re looking for an experienced program manager to lead Adobe’s EMEA regional Contingent Workforce Program. This role provides you with the opportunity to be the authority on regulatory requirements and contingent workforce methodologies in addition to driving strategic and operational relationships with local vendors and Adobe’s Managed Service Provider (MSP) in the region as the trusted liaison for the global CWP team based in San Jose, California.

What you’ll Do:

  • Own the overall operations and execution of the program across the EMEA region
  • Partner closely with the global CWP team to ensure strategic alignment
  • Drive region-specific compliance, education and expansion initiatives
  • Research and recommend leading industry norms and trends in line with the regulatory environment and global program vision
  • Develop and sustain a positive working relationship with the EMEA MSP team
  • Provide consultative support to partners across the organization
  • Collaborate to ensure processes are clearly documented and reviewed regularly
  • Lead regional program annual planning and prioritization
  • Manage regional key performance indicators in accordance with the global policy and guidelines

What you need to succeed:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven experience working in the contingent workforce space within the EMEA region
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across groups to identify and prioritise opportunities and create and implement new or revised processes to meet business requirements
  • Familiar with industry-leading vendor management, human capital management, and technical support systems
  • Advanced organisational skills, including: adaptability, time-management, reporting progress or roadblocks, and driving work forward to meet defined objectives and timelines
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to collaborate via low-touch and asynchronous pathways with partners across geographies and cultures
  • Proven ability to deal with ambiguity and bring clarity
