The Opportunity

B2B digital experience is an exciting, fast-growing, constantly evolving space that needs your skillset to drive high-impact marketing insights that will generate long-term value for Adobe and its customers. The Marketing Operations team within the International Marketing & Strategy organization has a directive to establish clarity through analysis. From marketing investment planning to drive business success, to campaign and performance media measurement, to customer analysis we move our business forward through the application of insights.

This role will develop insights to guide the decision-making of senior leaders across the business. This key hire will be among the first in a practice area that builds on global measurement capabilities and expansion playbooks while applying local understanding linked to business outcomes.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as a key resource in analysing local marketing channel, campaign, and media performance while driving improvements to global measurement platform capabilities.
  • Drive end-to-end analytics projects including developing the reporting strategy, translating strategy to technical requirements, execution of analysis/project, and business partner enablement
  • Quantify the impact of major marketing initiatives and communicate findings to key leaders
  • Lead centralised analytics initiatives to find new and innovative ways to measure marketing performance impact
  • lead the development and expansion of end-to-end marketing campaign reporting to deliver insights and optimisations to internal partners
  • Work with multiple technical, business teams, and Marketing Operations teams to quickly diagnose, prioritize and scope marketing measurement implementation needs that will help deliver insights to optimise the business.

What You’ll Need To Succeed
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Psychology, Analytics or a related area.
  • Demonstrated ability in analytics and reporting with strong proficiency in querying, manipulating, and analysing large data sets
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to structure problems into a data and analytics plan and execute.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to clearly articulate insights to a wide range of audiences.
  • Deep understanding of the performance marketing landscape in today’s constantly evolving marketing environment.
  • Experience with one or more data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Excel, Power BI, etc.
  • Self-starter with a track record of consistent delivery and execution
