The Opportunity

The Marketing & Customer Insights organization has a directive to establish clarity through analysis. From marketing investment planning to drive business success, to campaign and performance media measurement, to customer analysis we move our business forward through the application of insights.

Scaling capabilities globally requires smart and experienced professionals in key regions focused on driving market growth. This role will partner closely with senior leaders in our Digital Media business charged with growth of our EMEA business through targeted expansion. This key hire will help develop a practice area which builds on global measurement capabilities and expansion playbooks while applying local understanding to drive business outcomes.

What You’ll Do
  • Help to tell the overall acquisition media story in weekly, monthly and quarterly business meetings by producing insightful reports and insights.
  • Observe and evaluate trends & translate findings into recommendations using effective business communication skills
  • Serve as a key resource in interpreting marketing channel, campaign, and media performance.
  • Drive growth opportunities based on country-level empirical analysis of marketing performance, as well as applying learning from global campaigns.
  • Simply communicate complex concepts with clear recommendations to leadership teams.
  • Hands-on delivery of cross-channel media performance analysis, as well as business insights.
  • Shape integrated marketing campaigns based on empirical evidence, and report on results.
  • Drive sustained focus on growth in target markets through longitudinal analysis.

What You Need To Succeed
  • 5-7 years demonstrated experience in services marketing / performance media analytics space / or a background in Consumer Packaged Goods marketing
  • Deep understanding of statistical methods and modeling
  • Experience in executive communication (written and verbal) / time in consulting field
