We are looking for an experienced Production Secretary with a variety of skills and experience to work in partnership with editorial colleagues and production management to support the delivery of our daily live shows on This Morning.

As our Production Secretary, you will assist with the smooth running of the production office and generally act as a key point of contact on the production. The tasks will include booking hotel and travel arrangements as advised by the production manager or co-ordinator and supporting the day to running of the production administration. You will also be expected to assist in a live studio environment, requiring strong people skills and the ability to work under pressure.

You will be responsible for the daily call sheet that is sent out, arranging crews all around the UK, helping the technical director with Skype calls for our guests and processing fees via our talent payment system.

Attention to detail and experience of word and excel is very important.
