Do you have previous experience working within a production environment? Are you looking to work for a company with a strong foothold within a bespoke manufacturing industry?I am working alongside a company looking to expand its shopfloor production team with Operatives. Training can, and will, be provided for the right candidates who show a willingness to learnYour duties within the role will consist of the following:
  • Daily use of small hand tools, soldering irons, test gas and computer software.
  • Accurately follow work instructions to ensure consistent manufacturing, highlighting areas for improvement to the Production Engineering Team.
  • Data recording to book time and manufacturing data.
  • Working within a team to achieve daily Production KPIs.
  • Safe use of cylinder gas and hand tools in line with company training and HSE requirements.
  • Working across different departments as required by business demand
To be considered for the position you must meet some, if not all, of the following criteria:
  • Good hand-eye coordination on precision tasks
  • Dexterous with good attention to detail
  • Speed and accuracy when performing repetitive tasks
  • A high level of concentration
