I am assisting a fast paced and rapidly growing company based in Shildon, who are seeking an experienced Assistant Accountant to join their Finance team.Reporting into the Finance Manager, the Assistant Accountant will be responsible for:
- Production of month end and year end management accounts
- Posting journals
- Production of Financial Statements
- VAT / PAYE reconciliations
- Analysis
- Expenses
- Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Accruals & Prepayments
- Stock, Sales & Expense analysis
- AAT Qualified/ Part CIMA/ACCA/ACA
- Strong IT skills include excel
- Experience with analyse and report on large data sets
- Keen eye for detail and great communications skills
