In-House Production Manager

High End Television

Office Location: London

This role entails…

We are looking for a great organiser and communicator with hands on production experience to join our in-house team in London. You will have a good understanding of the production process in high-end television, be numerate and computer literate, have a keen eye for detail and be fabulous at multitasking. Key responsibilities:

  • Assisting Head of Production with all productions from Greenlight through to final delivery.
  • Work closely with production teams to ensure productions are following all correct procedures and overseeing Albert & clearances on production.
  • Liaising with post-production teams to ensure projects are staying on their delivery time frames and alerting Broadcasters & distributors when these change.
  • Assisting awards entries with the Junior Production Coordinator.
  • Helping with the day to day running of our busy London office.
  • Checking crew availabilities for upcoming projects.
  • Cutting together awards reels. Basic knowledge of final cut pro or similar useful.
  • Assist our in-house business affairs team in providing documentation and information for broadcasters, producers, financiers, and distributors.
  • Checking though productions credits for spelling and accuracies with contractual obligations.

To be considered for this opportunity you will need to demonstrate the following skills:

Minimum role criteria:

  • Experience working in a production company or on set as a Production Coordinator or experienced Production secretary in high end television and ready to step up.
  • Experience dealing with confidential information.
  • Passion and interest in continuing your career and succeed within TV Production Management.
  • Able to use systems and adapt to new technologies.
  • Respond quickly to new circumstances and remains focused on the task in hand. Maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • The ability to Coordinate many tasks simultaneously and not get easily overwhelmed by multiple demands.
  • For this role you will be required to work with a wide spectrum of individuals within the Production company.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills are vital, both written and verbal.
  • Good IT Skills including Word/Excel/PowerPoint and industry related software.
  • Budgeting and budget management.
