About The Apprenticeship Our Apprenticeship programmes have become well established over many years within our various sites in the UK, and we are proud to see the success and development of the employees who began their career on our apprenticeship programmes.This apprenticeship programme is designed to develop you over 2 years to reach a nationally recognised qualification in manufacturing. On completion of the course, you will be invited to apply for a permanent position within the business.You will work alongside a friendly team who will invest time and effort in helping you make the most out of this opportunity. You will also have a dedicated coach who will help you succeed at work and at college.We’ll provide all of the tools to help you succeed. In return we ask you to bring your enthusiasm and passion to learn and develop.We keep our list of requirements short, but there are a few that you will need:

• You will have a minimum of 4 GCSE qualifications at standard grade C/grade 5 or above, including Maths and English
• You will be willing to learn and take a positive approach to problem solving
• You will have the ability to be flexible and manage time effectively
• You will have great attention to detail
• You will be a team player
