Product Proposition Manager, Commercialisation and Growth | S3 | Customer Product Proposition and Experience | Milton Keynes Milton Keynes, United Kingdom

A fantastic opportunity to join a new Commercialisation Team within the Everyday Banking Liabilities team as a Product Proposition Manager.

This role will support commercialisation and growth opportunities within the business. Working with existing products, utilising customer data, funnel analysis, incentives and offers support across the PCA, Savings and Business Banking teams to improve activation and utilisation rates.

With the customer at the heart of your thinking, you’ll work with product and marketing teams to improve business performance.

This role will play a key part in managing and executing initiatives that provide short to medium term direction to the wider business area.

It will make decisions within the limits of established policies and procedural guidelines escalating where appropriate.

The difference you’ll make.

  • Designing, and build solutions to help shape better approaches to customer onboarding, product understanding, and conversion rates

  • Contributing towards the commercial strength of the business

  • Managing towards product P&L / Balance Sheet targets

  • Driving customer growth and Digital adoption

  • Managing data analysis and research to determine product development & prioritisation.

  • Managing budget & project funding requirements and business case approval.

  • Identifying and Managing risk (across function as appropriate).

What you’ll bring.

  • Strong analytical skills including problem solving and critical thinking

  • Great communication skills with strong stakeholder management at all levels

It would also be nice for you to have.

  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • Experience in a related role within Financial Services

  • Lean 6 Sigma - process understanding

What else you need to know.

This role is based in Milton Keynes, most of the team are part home working, and there will be some travel required to other Santander sites.
