Why apply for this role?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly created team supporting the Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) Training Curriculum. Reporting directly to the Financial Crime Senior HR Manager you will be responsible for identifying needs through architecture and delivery of pre-prioritised and scoped learning, working closely with development team to create.

What you’ll be doing

  • Providing financial crime SME technical expertise in the design and delivery of Anti-Financial Crime Academy (AFCA) learning solutions
  • Leading contributor on the design, development and implementation of HR solutions and initiatives within AFC training
  • Project managing graduate /apprenticeship scheme activities in consultation with supplier partner and business stakeholders
  • Managing and conducting AFC post training evaluation analysis
  • Offering L&D consultancy for identified business needs to support colleague development
  • Guaranteeing smooth delivery of multiple learning initiatives/projects of varying scales across the CoE

What we’re looking for

  • Strong Financial Crime SME across Retail and Corporate Banking with a deep understanding of the associated products, sectors and industries
  • Relevant academic qualification (such as ICA/ ACAMs)
  • Project Management qualifications or equivalent job-related experience
  • Solid business and L&D acumen, including strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking
  • Ideally proven experience of AFC training and learning & education within Financial Services

What else you need to know

Given the recent impact of the Coronavirus outbreak we will be conducting all interviews via telephone or video-conference where possible.

This is a 12-month fixed term contract position which has the potential to be made permanent. This role can be based in our office in Milton Keynes or Bradford.
