This role will report to:

Head of Product Proposition

Job Description:

Key duties and responsibilities will include:

• You will be developing and delivering offer management strategies and campaigns that drive customer growth, value & retention

• You will work with product managers to generate new offers and campaigns and drive ARPU

• Lead the design and development of offer propositions in both B2B & B2C

• Establish relationships and understanding of user and customer needs to discover desirable solutions that strengthen value

• You will work collaboratively with marketing, customer care and technical teams to deliver programmes & offers

• Working with the wider marketing team, you will plan our advertising and promotional campaigns and will be delivering best in class results that result in year on year customer and revenue growth

• You will collect and analyse market research data and apply it to current projects, working with the insights team to develop relevant data requirements and research competitive offerings

• You will support the development of customer segmentation to enable relevant marketing and promotional offers, working with external agencies where appropriate

• You will work closely with the Head of Sales to develop appropriate content and campaigns that drive growth and profitability

• You will define and develop relevant quantitative and qualitive KPIs that support the decision-making that optimises long-term business performance

• Ensure through horizon scanning that emerging regulatory changes are understood, delivered across the business and reflected in propositions for your portfolio of products

• You will provide clarity, simplicity and transparency to the positioning and communication of our core products and services to ensure successful customer engagement, lead generation and new business revenue

Person Spec:

Required Knowledge & Qualifications:

Essential:

• You will have a degree in marketing, business administration or related

• You have demonstrable knowledge and understanding of consumer and business product propositions ideally in a telecoms, energy, finance or similar background

• You have experience of creating and articulating customer centric value propositions

• Extensive expertise in quantitative analysis and the presentation of data, to see beyond the numbers and understand how users interact with products, identify growth opportunities, and execute projects to drive growth and engagement

• You have experience in turning insights for market and customer research into customer facing propositions/products

• This comes with a data driven and analytical approach to measuring product performance, prioritising work, across the product lifecycle.

• You will have successfully delivered commercial product propositions & offers to support the hypergrowth stage of a business’ development

• You will have experience of driving successful client retention demand generation / product offers, working closely with key stakeholders in the wider business

• You have experience of leading cross divisional teams from product and marketing to define the core components of a strong and clearly articulated value proposition

• Excellent project, stakeholder management, communication and relationship building skills

• Strong customer focus with excellent understanding of customer and market requirements, and experience of linking these to product positioning and messaging.

• You have demonstrable experience in building strong commercially sound product propositions

• You have proven experience in commercial planning to support the development of long term business plans

• You are a self-motivated product marketing manager with an optimistic solutions approach to work with the ability to coach and develop your team

• You will be credible in gaining trust and building relationships with colleagues at all levels with ability to influence, empower, guide and lead teams

• You have excellent communication & facilitation skills and are able to present data simply and effectively

• You have a solid analytical skill-set able to articulate complex solutions with simple messages
