Key FocusThe key focus of this role is to assist the Warehouse Manager with ensuring that the warehouse functions effectively.This Role Will Report ToWarehouse ManagerJob Description
  • Assist with the management of the warehouse operations
  • Assist with all aspects of the receipt, storage and preparation and despatch inventory in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assist with the conduct of regular stock checks & PI process (perpetual Inventory)
  • Work safely - this is a condition of employment. Requirements
  • As a Forklift Driver you will be required to:
  • Hold an in date Counterbalance forklift licence
  • One Years’ experience preferable but not required as full training for the right candidate.
  • Load and unload lorries in a safe and efficient manner
  • Move and stack materials
  • General housekeeping duties in the warehouse or production area and duties as assigned
  • Receive/process shipments
  • Inspect and maintain equipment, reporting any faults or wear and tear
  • Manage all stock intakes
  • Move stock into correct places within the warehouse
  • Receiving and dispatching goods to contractors.
  • Report any damaged items to your manager
  • Pick a variety of products
  • Take responsibility for working through your orders independently
  • Help out in any team tasks, such as cleaning equipment and checking stock
  • Good attention to detail when working quickly
  • Self-motivation to work hard and do everything to the best of your ability
  • will have previous experience working in the warehouse and have good attentions to detail
  • General admin duties, filing, copying, etc
  • Use of handheld scanners for booking stock in and out.
  • Barcode label printing
