Due to ongoing investment and expansion at our award-winning Technology Centre, we have an open position for a Product Manager to develop and sustain the key Technology Products necessary to deliver upon the Governance, Risk and Controls responsibilities of the Cyber Security function.

About The Role

As an experienced technologist or Technology Product manager , you’ll shape the technology solutions that drive strategic initiatives across the firm. Working at the intersection of business and technology, you’ll interact with colleagues in various lines of businesses and Cyber Security disciplines to learn about challenges and opportunities, and translate that insight into high-quality solutions aligned with our strategic direction. In addition to working with development teams to create new solutions, you’ll help optimize existing technology and identify new capabilities. While your role requires deep technological skills - including expertise in everything from data management to functional design - it also hinges on teamwork, organization, and leadership. You’ll offer clear guidance and feedback to your colleagues, while promoting the values, culture and brand of JPMorgan Chase & Co.

In a dynamic role in the Cyber Security Governance, Risk & Controls function you will be focused on enabling the propagation and adoption of the Technology Security Controls that must be followed by 50’000 JPMC technologists globally, to meet the obligations of the Firm as well as measuring how those controls contribute to lowering the risk posture of the Firm. As Product Owner in this space, you will be required to acquire a sustained focus on deeply understanding of our customers’ expectations, their user journeys and how to delight them in creative and sustainable ways, pragmatically overcoming the obstacles to delivery. You will work in an Agile, data -driven environment which is fast-moving, flexible and creative.

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
• Advanced knowledge of business processes and data analysis, as well as the ability to construct complex data queries and collaborate with colleagues
• Ability to liaison between lines of business, functions, and development teams, translating strategic goals into technology solutions, and vice versa
• Experience in project management, including scheduling, communications, and planning
• Understanding of business needs, including how data is used and managed, data lineage, and functional design
• Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals
• Understanding of the Software development Lifecycle and the agile development process
• Ability to effectively work with software developers to set requirements and review technology architecture
