Procurement Data Analyst –Ripley – £23,000 – £30,000pa + Benefits

Chase and Holland are proud to be working exclusively with a market leading business based in the Ripley area of Derbyshire who are recruiting a Procurement Data Analyst to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

This role is heavily Excel focused and will require experience with Pivot tables and VLOOKUP’s as well as experience of SQL.

Procurement Data Analyst Responsibilities
  • Analysing data and informing managing on decision making
  • Managing data on current suppliers
  • Provide analysis support for tender processes
  • Collate team spend reports
  • Collate and analyse Group information requests (RFIs) in support of the purchasing manager
  • Creation and maintenance data and reposts within SAP
  • Develop and maintain KPI`s as agreed within the purchasing team
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to analyse data and inform the procurement strategy

Key Requirements And Preferences
  • Strong skills in MS Office with a focus on Excel (Pivot Tables & VLOOKUPS)
  • An understanding of SAP would be advantageous but not essential
  • Experience of SQL
  • Ability to input and analyse data accurately and efficiently
  • An understanding of procurement processes is desirable
  • Experience of working in a busy Procurement/Supply Chain or Finance environment
Hours of work - Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm (1hour lunch)
