My client is a well-stablished Manufacturing organisation, and we are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to join their Manufacturing team in Goole, East Yorkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Process Engineer to join a growing and successful company in a position that will be responsible for creating value through process improvement with a clear focus on safety, quality, production, and transformation. Main Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for monitoring process controls and KPIs to identify and implement process improvements. Optimise output, reduce cost and ensure the production lines are predictable and stable. Define and monitor the operating envelopes, parameters, and procedures to maintain product quality and compliance requirements. Provide support to existing fabrication process team to facilitate future product developments and assist in in any product investigations in the field. Determine root cause of production or quality issues and implement corrective actions. Support claim investigations and customers when needed. Implement continuous improvements such as LEAN manufacturing. Become a subject matter expert for the production linesSkills & Experience Required: Degree-level education (technical, engineering, sciences, or architecture) or equivalent specific work experience. Be a results driven individual with a data driven mindset, strong analytical skills and problem solving capabilities. Be experienced working with production teams in a demanding manufacturing environment. Experience working as a chemical engineer, materials engineer or manufacturing engineer. Familiarity with data collection, SQL and database design Experience delivering significant change and transformation to a manufacturing process will be an advantage. Excellent communication and collaborative teamwork skills. Experience driving continuous improvements. User-level IT knowledge (MS Office, knowledge of integrated systems)
