Job Description:
As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of private client matters, including wills, trusts, probate, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney, and inheritance tax planning. You will work closely with clients, providing them with advice, guidance, and support tailored to their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advising clients on wills, trusts, and estate planning strategies
  • Assisting with the administration of estates and trusts
  • Drafting wills, powers of attorney, and other legal documents
  • Conducting legal research and staying up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing them with exceptional service
  • Managing a varied caseload, ensuring deadlines are met and maintaining accurate records

Requirements:
  • Qualified solicitor (NQ+) with a strong background in private client law
  • Excellent knowledge of wills, probate, trusts, and inheritance tax planning
  • Strong analytical, research, and drafting skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
