We are working with a STEP accredited, well-established, small, friendly high street legal practice, who are looking to attract a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive to manage an existing caseload of private client matters.

The role is offered on either a full time (9am to 5pm M-F) or part time (flexible) basis. Please state hours required, on application.

The role will involve:

• Running your own caseload of private client matters from start to finish
• Dealing with a range of private client matters including wills, probate, LPA’s, estate administration, grants of probate, grants of representation, probate registry matters and inheritance tax returns
• Liaising with clients, keeping them fully updated

Suitable candidates will have:

• Fully qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive status
• Experience of running a caseload of private client matters from start to finish
• Excellent communication skills

This is a permanent job which is offered on either a full-time or part-time basis, to suit your requirements and your circumstances. You will be very well supported in this role by colleagues and directors. There are 4 fee earners and 3 support staff within the practice and the working environment is warm and friendly.
