c£42,000 per annum plus bonus

We are working with a Lexcel accredited, award-winning, regional law firm, who are seeking an experienced Contentious Trusts and ProbateSolicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to work at associate level in their Dispute Resolution team at their office in Stourbridge.

The role will involve:

• Advising beneficiaries, executors and trustees as well as claimants and defendants in court proceedings relating to disputes wills, probate or trusts
• Ensuring compliance with SRA, Lexcel, Law Society Quality Scheme standards, SARs and accounting requirements.

Suitable candidates will have:

• A minimum of 12 months’ experience, dealing with a range of contentious trust and probate litigation
• In-depth experience and knowledge of court protection matters and proceedings under Trust of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996
• The ability to work under pressure and prioritise work
