About The Role

Practice Support Administrator (6m FTC)

As Practice Support Administrator, you’ll work as a team of administrators to deliver excellent customer service to our Denplan patients and member dentists and become part of the “beating heart” of the department. We’re looking for someone to take ownership, care and consideration over every piece of work processed.

Key Responsibilities

  • You’ll be responsible for processing changes to database records and administering requests from practices and patients alike.
  • Work closely with other teams across the business including the sales teams and practice support teams to ensure all communication channels are clear and proactive
  • Process payments on customer accounts ranging from cheque/ credit card back payments through to annual subscription payments
  • Process patient applications in a timely and accurate manner using a number of channels of registration
  • Act as a registrations expert to provide excellent customer service to internal teams when supporting then resolving a query

About You

To be considered you must have:

  • Previous experience working within an administration and/or financial background
  • Evidence of customer focussed previous job roles
  • Experience of handling high pressure situations and deadlines
  • GCSE or equivalent at Grade C or above in English and Maths (essential)
