We are currently recruiting for an experienced Powder Coater for our client who specialise in Sheet-Metal work, Fabrication and Powder Coating.As an experienced Powder Coater, you will be expected to work the day shift conducting and completing several duties.As a Powder Coater, Your Duties Will Be
  • Manually degreasing and surface preparation.
  • Setting powder guns to the appropriate work piece.
  • Setting and operating box oven(s).
  • Checking own work making sure it is to the highest quality standards.
  • Compliance with Health & Safety & Environmental procedures and responsibilities.
  • Completion of jobs on time ready for despatch.
  • Visual inspection of powder coated work.
The Successful Powder Coater Will Have The Following Skills
  • Must have previous experience within a similar role.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Familiar with operating manual powder coating machine and using box oven.
  • Wet spraying experience would be an advantage, however not essential.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
