With over 25 years in the business and working with some of the UK’s largest building consultancy’s, our client pride themselves on creating the perfect office design and fit for high profile projects and clients.

Having experience within the commercial sector you will be liaising with other Project Managers as well as working closely with clients on projects.

As a Project Manager Your Duties Will Be
  • Organising and arrange staff and sub- contractors.
  • Working closely with clients providing updates and regular progress reports.
  • Attend meetings once per week at the Warrington office to update management and the team on the progress.
  • Liaise with other Project Managers/Site Leads to discuss labour and upcoming work.
  • Responsible for either a large-scale project or a range of smaller projects.
The successful Project Manager will have the following skills;
  • Must have at least 5 years’ experience of Project Management in the commercial sector.
  • Able to travel within the North West.
  • Ideally have a trade skill, however not essential.
  • Good communicator both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build a good rapport with new and existing clients.
  • Abel to work to tight deadlines and time scales.
Additional Information
  • Salary of £50k per annum.
  • Company vehicle and fuel card.
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
  • Permanent position.
