We have an exciting opportunity for a PMO Analyst to join the Technology Central Services PMO Team.

The role is part of the Group Technology PMO Resource Management and Reporting Team and is focused on supporting the project delivery portfolios across Group Technology. These portfolios are of major importance to Sky and the PMO team provide support and governance on finance, milestone tracking, reporting, change control, dependencies and risk and issues for those portfolios.

What you’ll do:

You will work within the Group Technology organisation within a PMO team ensuring that reporting provides insight for all levels from delivery teams up to execs and is available in an accessible, timely and accurate manner. Additionally, you will provide general PMO support to all supported areas.

• Be an advocate of PMO Best Practice
• Support the collation of information from the relevant corporate systems and project delivery tools. This will include, but not limited to, Clarity, SAP, Ariba, Jira and PeopleSoft.
• Support the maintenance, development and iterations of key performance indicators and end to end dashboards.
• Build front-end data visualisations that succinctly tell a story based on your data analysis.
• Present data advised conclusions to stakeholders seeking answers.
• Support project forecasting and Capacity & Demand activities across the group.

What you’ll bring:

The successful candidate will preferably have experience in a similar Project Management Office position, supporting major enterprise level portfolios, with excellent analytical, presentation and reporting skills.

Key skills and competencies needed for the role are:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and consistent high energy levels
• Problem solver with analytical skills, preferably in a project-based environment
• Ability to work both independently and with other team members
• Good presentation skills with ability to deliver insights clearly to stakeholders.
• Experience of RAG reporting, Cost plans, Capacity/Demand Planning, Roadmaps, Financial reporting
• Experience designing and engineering metrics/KPIs/scorecards andTableau desktop or similar MI tools
• Knowledge and experience of Clarity or a similar enterprise level PPM system.
