Overview

Of The Role

A fantastic opportunity to be part of the Engineering Systems team within Group IT based at our World Headquarters in Rocester. The role will be a critical member of the Engineering Systems team delivering and maintaining some of the business’s most important IT services team. The role will involve the support and development of the global PLM system and its associated applications.

The successful applicant should have a passion for technology and will have the opportunity to develop and contribute to the delivery of Engineering Systems applications for global solutions.

Your Responsibilities as aPLM Developer, Product Owner and Technical Lead:

You will investigate possible solutions, define & develop configuration changes, such as data model, workflow & UI, in line with PLM roadmap, Change Requests and Projects.

You will be expected to take full end to end ownership of certain elements / business processes / capabilities within the PLM solution suite.

As PLM Developer/Operator you will be responsible for Developing PLM solutions and capabilities in the context of the business process, defining & coordinating continuous improvement activities for existing business processes currently managed in Teamcenter.

About You

We are looking for someone with a technical hands-on background with Siemens Teamcenter and experience in configuring Teamcenter applications for example Workflow design / BMIDE configuration / Stylesheet configuration, Product Configurator and Active Workspace. It would be advantageous if you have experience or knowledge of other Teamcenter applications such as Classification / Multi-site / Query Builder / Preference Management.

Knowledge

of Java/Perl or similar programming languages is also desirable
