• Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulation 1998 (LOLER)
• Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulation (PUWER).
• Pressure Equipment Directive (PED)

• Be full conversant with Construction and Commissioning workpack trade specific Guidance on Certification (GOC) documentation , (Structural) Compilation of during construction build sequence.
• Be full conversant with Construction and Commissioning workpack trade specific engineering drawings & P&ID.
• Be fully compliant and meet all requirements of Petrofac (specific training required) Competence Assurance Process (Skillcomp).
• Be full conversant with Construction and Commissioning workpack pressure test /leak test requirements.
• Hydrostatic Pressure Testing / Leak Testing (Pipework and Vessels)

• Pipework (knowledge of materials)

Safety • Be fully conversant with Petrofac Project OE&O HSEQ plan.

• Be fully aware of Petrofac and Client Safety Targets.
• Be fully aware of Project Construction Workpack Health, Safety and Environmental requirements.

Cost • Ensure Construction and Commissioning activities are carried out in conjunction with construction workpack estimates, reporting any anomalies etc. that would have a cost implication.
Experience Requirements: • Recognised trade qualification

• Minimum 5 years trade experience
• Offshore knowledge and experience

Additional Requirements: • Technical Qualification HNC standard or equivalent
