An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join our friendly department as part of a Crosssite Medicines Optimisation Pharmacy Technician Team. These are new roles, which would suit an experienced solution focused Medicine Management Technicians who is happy to work autonomously in a patient facing role.The post holders will rotate between hospital wards and the community and will work independently to provide a seamless transfer of care from in-patient to community services. The post holders will work closely with community mental health teams (CMHT) and Chief technicians to expand the role to ensure the safe, effective and economical use of medicines in the community.
