Job DescriptionPERSONAL INJURY PARALEGAL REQUIRED IN DONCASTER
Anakin Seal are recruiting for an experienced personal injury paralegal to join a reputable firm in Doncaster.
The successful candidate will be experienced in dealing with litigated/ pre-litigated personal injury matters with an RTA/ ELPL/ clinical negligence environment.
Duties Including But Not Limited To
- Running your own caseload of standard pre/litigated personal injury cases
- Assisting senior members of the team with high value complex cases
- Taking new instructions and assessing liability/ value
- Negotiating settlements
- Preparing files for litigation
- Preparing cases for trial
- Post litigation duties
