Dispute Resolution/ Financial Mis-selling Fee Earner Required In Newcastle

Anakin Seal are recruiting for an experienced fee earner (Solicitor or experienced paralegal) to join a highly reputable dispute resolution team in Newcastle.

The Role

Due to an influx in work and the firms ongoing expansion plans, they now seek to recruit an experienced paralegal or Solicitor to join their respected dispute resolution team. You will be responsible for handling multi-track and fast track matters arising from general civil litigation claims with a focus on financial mis-selling. You will be responsible for assessing each claim and instructing the relevant experts, negotiating settlement and engaging in ADR, drafting concise legal documentation, providing expert legal advice, preparing cases for trial and maximising damages and costs all while providing the highest level of client care.

The Successful Candidate

Will be either a qualified Solicitor or highly competent paralegal who can demonstrate a minimum of 4 years’ experience handling fast track and multi-track civil litigation claims.

Remuneration

Salary to £35,000
