About The ServiceFirst Point of Contact Team provides advice and guidance on general HR matters and DigiGOV Assistance. We provide a range of support to internal and external customers. Our aim is to deliver a timely, responsive and consistent service, which is highly efficient, professional and customer focused based on agreed service standards. We also deliver our service in the medium of Welsh.About The JobThis job undertakes activities to action first line people and pay requests and queries.You spend the majority of your time interacting with customers and responding to their requests and queries, capturing and analysing these on the appropriate systems, updating and inputting customer system records and identifying the optimal referral routes.What We Are Looking For From YouYou will enjoy using your strong communication, decision making and analytical skills to ensure the delivery of a timely and responsive customer experience.Additional InformationThis post is temporary until 6th October 2023.
