About The Service

Cardiff Council’s 24/7 Services unit is made up of distinct but linked services; Telecare & Meals on Wheels which support citizens in remaining independent in their own homes (PEOPLE) and the Alarm Receiving Centre which protects Council assets and helps citizens to feel safe in their locality (PLACE).

The service is undergoing significant change and has multiple project streams that require project manager oversight.

About The Job

We are looking for a professional and motivated individual to ensure the effective delivery and implementation of strategic technologies in support of the Council’s key priorities in the area of 24/7 Services specifically in Telecare.

What We Are Looking For From You

In a technology driven environment you will ensure the effective delivery and implementation of strategic technologies in support of the Council’s key priorities in the area of 24/7 Services.

You will be able to manage a wide range of contractors and stakeholders both internally and externally; you will be expected to develop and maintain strong and constructive working relationships.
