About the role
The People Services Administrator role sits within the People Services team and provides administrative support to the HR function. The successful candidate will gain experience across change, employee relations and first line HR support.

This role reports into our People Services Lead and plays a critical role in ensuring we are able to deliver an excellent service to all Macmillan employees and supports in ensuring our data is kept up-to-date and accurate.

In this role you can expect to be supporting the People Services Coordinators in gathering information needed to process system changes, keeping our HR intranet pages up to date and easy to use, supporting in the processing of new starters, assisting our People Services Advisers in preparing documents for complex ER cases and note-taking at meetings.

You’ll also play a key part in ensuring any employees impacted by change have access to all the information they need via TeamSpace.

About you

The ideal candidate will have:
Strong IT skills and experience in using data and management information
Strong Excel skills
Excellent attention to detail and able to work with large data sets
Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service
