We’re looking for a Payment Operations Administrator to join our Payment Operations Team in Bradford.

The Payment Operations team are responsible for several key areas including end-to-end processing of all financial transactions such as billing, customer payments, accounts payable and receivable, in compliance with supplier accounts, applicable legislation and internal policies.

What will you be doing?

  • Ensuring accurate and efficient delivery of Payment Operation processes.
  • Providing high quality support to stakeholders at all times.
  • Working with stakeholders from Liberty Global and Virgin Media to ensure fast query resolution.
  • Reviewing current processes, identifying improvements and working with Digital Teams to deliver a solution.
  • Reconciling accounts using MS Excel
  • Interrogating multiple systems at the same time to complete processes and resolve queries.
Essential

Desirable

  • Experience working within an Accounts Receivable Department
  • Self-motivated and works on your own initiative.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets without compromising on quality
  • Interest in Automation technologies
