37 hours per week – Term Time Only

We are looking for an outstanding, enthusiastic, and passionate Pastoral Mentor, who is keen to continuously improve the experiences of our students. Highly motivated and resilient you will have a genuine desire to improve the life chances of our young people. The successful candidate will work within a successful and hardworking team. All appointments will be made on the nationally agreed school support staff pay spine based on qualification and experience, SP6 - SP9 - Currently £19,698 - £20,903, actual for Term time only is £17,019 - £18,060.
