Join our team, and you’ll play a key role within our sales team as we continue to develop our sales, trade marketing and distribution strategy. You’ll be joining the sales team at an exciting time, as we further develop our luxury proposition and as we prepare to put our 4th ship to go on sale.

The Role

The role is accountable for supporting the Partnership Business Manager team for a defined portfolio of travel agent partners, focused on supporting and optimising business performance through the development of partnership engagement and partnership business plans.

The role will support the setting, tracking and delivery of key performance KPIs whilst maintaining relationships with targeted contacts throughout the portfolio, working in conjunction with the Partnership Business Manager on all aspects of account management. You’ll develop a clear understanding of the commercial relationship across the portfolio and will grow the strategic relationship, with the ability to cover the Business Manager role when required.

About You

We are looking for someone who is comfortable and confident in building great internal and external relationships in support of our commercial ambitions. Having worked in a sales or customer facing role, you’ll have a proven track record of delivering great sales and distribution plans and execution.

You will understand how commercial relationships work, and be able to support and deliver exciting, engaging and creative execution plans with our key agent partners, which deliver against mutually agreed sales, revenue and brand building targets.

Presenting and having confidence to pick up the phone to have external conversations and negotiating execution will be something that you will enjoy and thrive on.

About the Team

We have experts across advertising, CRM, brand, PR, digital, loyalty and the creative studio who work together collaboratively to create unforgettable holiday happiness. Our sales teams develop and grow partnerships ensuring they have the finest knowledge of our products. Our teams also manage sales communications, systems, and events to provide the best tools and support, ensuring that our travel trade partners are at the centre of all that we do.
