We are recruiting a Part time Receptionist /Administration Assistant to cover our busy reception and provide wider administration support, here at Ty Hafan.
What will I do?
You will be the initial point of contact, offering a warm and friendly welcome to our children, families, visitors and staff upon arrival at our Hospice setting. You will also be responsible for managing a range of administrative duties and offering administrative support to our Governance and Quality and Care Services teams.
You’ll be managing the switchboard telecommunications system, directing calls to the appropriate person/s in the hospice.
What hours will I work?
This is a part time role (18.75 hours) per week covering Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday mornings, although full flexibility to cover other days at short notice is a pre-requisite of the role.
On occasion you will be required to work flexibly according to the needs of the service which may include weekends and bank holidays.
