Job DescriptionYour duties as an Oversight Administrator will include:
  • Processing and monitoring client cash payments, including external payments requested by the client, Financial Adviser and Corporate fee collections
  • Reconciliation of client assets held on platform, together with all transactional movements
  • Escalation of cash reconciliation breaks, both internally and with third party providers
  • Provide support to the Operational teams on processing and reconciliation of bank transactions for various systems used
  • Meet outgoing payments expectations
  • Preparation of files for distributing RAS claims once received from HMRC in accordance with claim and reviewing anomalies
The Ideal Candidate
  • Proficiency in using MS Office with advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Good attention to detail
  • Skills in identifying exceptions to normal working outputs and the resolution of those exceptions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organised and self-driven with ability to adapt to fast changing environment
  • Ability to work well within a team environment and build effective team relationships
