Due to continued expansion, our prestigious financial services practice is looking for an experienced Paraplanner / IFA Administrator to join the organisation and assist in dealing with increasing levels of demand.

Duties Will Include
  • Ensure all suitability reports are completed and fully compliant
  • Undertake research both independently and with the Financial Planner to identify suitable solutions to meet the client’s needs
  • Prepare suitability letters in accordance with the agreed recommendations
  • Ensure all incoming client communications are handled promptly
  • Preparing asset allocation reports and files for meetings as well as recommendation reports
  • Occasional attendance at client meetings, where detailed analysis has been prepared
  • Act as main point of contact and deal effectively with queries from clients and other parties through effective communication

Skills And Experience Required
  • Certificate in Financial Planning is desirable
  • Paraplanning / IFA Admin experience is essential
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, and an excellent telephone manner
  • Strong IT skills including the use of Excel spreadsheets
