  • We are offering:
  • Overnight visits are 10 hours, with a typical shift pattern 9pm – 7am, 2 to 3 days per week.
  • Overnights are paid at £110 per night. That’s between £11.5k to £17k per annum.
  • Plus lots of opportunity to earn extra money giving care during the daytime on non-overnight days.
  • 1 hour annual leave accrued for every 8 hours worked.
  • Consistent client to enable you to develop a special bond and mutually rewarding relationship.
  • Travel paid at 30p per mile plus local clients to minimise travel
  • Award winning, accredited training as standard - time and qualification paid for by Home Instead.
  • DBS (police check) organised and paid for.
  • Free PPE and Lateral Flow Testing (LFT).
  • No uniform as we believe it’s more friendly that way.
  • Regular support visits, team meetings and client What’s App groups.
  • Plus the fun stuff - lots of little treats for special occasions, and team socials; coffee mornings, evening socials, and a variety of activities.

    As a Care Professional with Home Instead Windsor, Runnymede, and West Spelthorne you will be responsible for the ongoing support of your regular clients, ensuring that we are delivering high-quality care in our client’s homes and living up to our mission to improve the lives of those giving and receiving care.

    For us, Home Care means keeping people independent and where they are the happiest - in their own homes, surrounded by their memories in their own environment. It means giving our team the training, support and the time that they need to provide only the highest quality of care for clients, that focuses on companionship and not the task.

    Your Time With Your Clients Will Include
    • Companionship – we always make time for a chat over a cuppa and reassure our clients that we are there for them during the night.
    • Assistance during the night and providing peace of mind for the client & their family.
    • Support with Personal Care like getting ready for bed, washed and dressed for the morning.
    • Prompting & assisting your client with their medication.
