Job Description

Now more than ever our CAREGiver’s are in high demand and we have local clients waiting for support.

We’re looking for FULL-TIME Care Assistants from all backgrounds to support our local clients in Bristol and North Somerset: BS8, BS40, BS41, BS48 & its surrounding areas.

Our care team are the heart of our business and provide the highest quality care – care that they would be happy for their own family members to receive.

By visiting regular clients at regular times you will build strong relationships and rapport and with minimum 1 hour visits, introductions and shadow visits to all new clients – you’ll be confident and supported in the delivery of our care.

Join Our Growing Team
  • FIXED salary every month (on contract between 30-35hrs per week) plus mileage allowance
  • Your schedule will be tailored to shifts allocated Eg. Am shift 8am-2pm, Pm shift 5pm-10pm. Every other weekend will be double-shift.
  • Client visits are a minimum of 1 hour

Qualifications

As a Care Assistant/Carer you will:
  • Have a full UK driving licence
  • Support your clients ensuring they continue to live independently in their own homes for as long as possible.
  • Provide support with Personal care, companionship and home help
  • Provide Dementia / Alzheimer care and lots lots more
  • Have a heart of Gold and a caring nature.....

The role involves all aspects of companionship, home help and personal careand ready access to reliable transport is essential, as you will need to travel between clients’ homes.

We work closely with Government and Public Health England in following all COVID19 related guidelines around Health & Safety during the pandemic. We supply all staff with the relevant PPE required and provide a COVID secure workplace.
