Outbound sales executive

Full time - Permanent

Monday - Friday

10am - 6pm, no weekends

Fortnightly pay

£18,500 and commission!

The Role:

As an Outbound Sales Associate you will work on behalf of our award winning Client, promoting their brand and additional products and services to existing customers!

Key Responsibilities:

• Dialling outbound calls to existing customers to promote new products & services

• Providing an excellent customer experience by using your active listening skills to find out your customer requirements

• Processing customer orders in a professional and timely manner

• Ensuring accuracy at every stage of your call

• working towards monthly KPI’s to meet targets including sales, call efficiency and attendance

Key Requirements:

• Ideally you will have 6 months + in an outbound sales environment

• Ability to promote our client brand, products and services

• Target driven • Excellent communication skills

• Attention to detail

• Enhance customer experience through excellent quality & compliance

• Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate resilience

• Demonstrate positive and professional attitude
