  • Call Centre Advisor
  • Full Time Permanent Role
  • Derby Based (On site, no working from home)
  • £18,500 Salary Plus a Bonus Scheme (£22,000-£30,000)
  • Flexibility is required for shifts as open 10am - 8pm Monday-Friday and 10am-6pm over the weekend

Here at Red Dot we are looking for motivated and driven telesales people who are looking for their next career!

Working as a Call Centre Advisor, it will include contacting customers who have recently left within the last 12 months to find out they did leave and try to bring them back using your communication skills, available offers and discounts among other skills and tools you will have.

The ideal Call Centre Advisor person will have:

  • Previous sales experience either face to face or over the phone
  • Passion for providing an excellent experience to your customers
  • Motivation to achieve KPI’s and targets
  • Enjoy problem solving and turning negatives into positives
  • Ability to show tenacity and resilience in all work you do
