It’s an important role, which is why we’re on the lookout for a confident Organisation and Process Change Expert to join the team, helping to keep us globally aligned.

You’ll be part of a hugely ambitious technology programme and will work with a great array of colleagues spread across multiple international countries. Crucially, you’ll define, maintain and advise on global success management approaches for all aspects of organisation, people and process change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Globally aligning and working with international colleagues considering time zone and cultural differences.
  • Define, maintain and advise on global success management approaches for all aspects of organisation, people and process change.
  • Ensure approaches, tools and templates are available to help the business partnering teams and the countries:
  • Prepare for new organisational setup and associated ways of working.
  • Conduct impact assessments to understand gaps between design and current state from a process, technology and people perspective.
  • Drive ways of working alignment through behavioural and process changes.
  • Set new up new working locations/conduct office moves.
  • Conduct operational knowledge transfer (movement of workload) activities.
  • Incorporate lessons learnt from country organisational changes and continuously improve approaches for effectiveness/efficiency gains.
  • Create new models that support business decisions by working closely with the Business Strategy and IT Teams to establish initiatives and strategies to improve importing and to optimise costs.
  • Engage openly on key milestones and seek clarity on progress made in collaboration with Global Business Coordination, country and cluster colleagues.
  • Proactively report on, and where possible seek resolution, to key risks and issues that impact more than one country deployment.

Essential Skills Required:

  • Strong business acumen.
  • Change management, project coordination and/or human resources experience.
  • Previous experience in the development of global approaches to organisation and process change.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Logical and efficient work ethic with a keen attention to detail and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks while under pressure.
  • Good communications skills with the ability to influence at various levels across the business.
  • Confident communicator and facilitator of workshops and meetings.
  • Capable of building trust and relationships at all levels.
  • Experience of working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent competency in IT.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Systematic, analytical approach to problem solving.
  • Good interpersonal skills and is confident in dealing with clients/users, across multiple international locations.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • The role is UK based, with frequent travel to Europe required.

Desirable Skills Required:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • Experience working within a similar business sector and/or IT transformational project.
  • Previous experience working for a global organisation and an appreciation of different countries legislative requirements in relation to organisation/people change.
  • Working in Agile team environments.
  • IT industry experience.
  • Experience of working on large programmes of work with distinct projects and work streams.
  • Knowledge of Atlassian systems.
  • Project and change management qualifications such as PRINCE2 Foundation and APMG.

  • Salary starting from £32,200, rising to £46,590.
  • 5-day/40-hour week, working Monday- Friday.
