As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to evolve, there has been a substantial increase in the number of organisations requesting our expertise. To meet rising volumes, we are seeking to recruit COVID-19 Operations Coordinators to join our existing national team of operatives. This is a field based role and will require visits to clients in England and Wales.

The role of the Operations Coordinator will be to support the Client Account Managers in the coordination of resources to deliver testing to clients. The new ‘all-in’ pricing strategy coupled with a 30% increase in overall client numbers means generalist support is required. Additional support is also required when dealing with B2B arrivals testing which is currently highly manual.
  • Day to day administrative and coordination support to multiple client accounts
  • Carry out duties as specified in the concept of operations (CONOPs) for the delivery of the testing capability as directed by Client Account Manager(s)
  • Support the swab team, lab and other elements in their day-to-day business
  • As directed support the efficient and timely resupply and sustainment of sites
  • Carry out duties in accordance with health, safety and other relevant standards
  • Coordinate the movement of samples and other material between client and Cignpost locations
  • Assist with resulting as required
  • Link in with the Operations Resource Manager to ensure the right people are in the right locations at the correct time
  • Other duties to ensure the successful execution of the operation
  • Experience of working with members of the public/patients
  • Excellent customer facing operations / customer service skills
  • Comfortable with learning new Field Management tools

  • Experience of customer conflict resolution
  • Comfortable working at pace and with a degree of ambiguity
  • Strong interpersonal skills, builds trusted relationships quickly
  • Organised with a strong bias for action. Problem solver
  • Comfortable with using MS Office suite or able to learn quickly (Word, Outlook, Excel, PPT, Teams). Salesforce experience would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills and an empathetic nature
